Check in was seem less, and the staff have been nothing but helpful and amazing! Even gave me solid recs on places to eat and visit. If you are visiting Phoenix, this is where you want to stay!!

I’ve been touring so many properties recently, talking to one rep after rep, apartment after apartment and it’s been a little stressful. Relocating your living situation can sometimes be alot. Thinking to yourself, “will my couch fit” “how’s my commute to work” “what are the numbers looking like, let alone the extra fines and fees” “how’s parking” “is the area safe” etc. I’ve been going through so much in my personal life that little things like this shouldn’t be a big deal, but in my current situation they are. I’ve probably toured around 20 properties around the downtown/midtown area in the last couple of weeks and during all of that one specific person and property shined brightly through. Lauren, the general manager at AlloyPhx showed genuine care and made it seem more than just a business transaction. She was extremely welcoming, gave me my options with intent of helping and not just making another sale. She made it feel like HOME. Check out Alloy Phx. Thumbs up for sure 👍🏽

I just recently stayed for a few days. Ivy was amazing from the very beginning! She made everything so helpful and I really do appreciate her customer service she helped above and beyond. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alloy Midtown, and I cannot praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms, especially by Lauren, whose hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. Her warm demeanor and witty personality made my experience not only comfortable but delightful. It truly felt like I was being welcomed into a home away from home! The facilities are exceptionally well-kept and reflect a high standard of cleanliness and care. Every corner of the property exudes a sense of thoughtfulness and attention to detail, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I planned a solo trip to Arizona to celebrate my birthday. I came across this property through booking.com. The Alloy was better than anticipated. As a solo traveler, safety was my number one priority! I felt so safe staying here as the building is very secured. The unit I stayed in was absolutely beautiful and clean! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Phoenix or looking for a place to call home!

What a totally cool property, very modern and edgy. The living facilities that you rent are actually a full apartment with kitchen and washer and dryer, it was a refreshing change from having a stale hotel room... the whole experience made my trip so much more livable. I moved here to enjoy the convenience of walking to work, and it's been amazing. The free coffee is a great perk, and I love saving on my daily commute and gas. There’s a co-working space that has been very useful for meetings. And the heated pool is great. The area is extremely walkable and there’s plenty to do nearby. The zipps across the street is a great place to catch a game any day of the night. The nightly guest suites are a great perk for family staying in town as well. Definitely recommend for anybody looking to be centrally located.
