Alloy Midtown is located at 3010 N 2nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85012. The leasing office is located inside the office to your left upon entry, where you will be greeted by one of our team members.

Our leasing office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Touring

Yes, you can schedule a tour of Alloy Midtown online. Please use our tour booking link here: https://alloyphx.securecafe.com/onlineleasing/alloy-phx/scheduletour.aspx 

No, we do not offer self-guided tours. Alloy Midtown is a community unlike any other and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit. Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

We recommend setting aside 30–45 minutes for your tour of Alloy Midtown.
You will receive a guided tour of our studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, as well as our amenities, which include a heated/cooled pool, 24/7 fitness center, yoga studio with ballet bar, meditation courtyard, co-working lounge, and more.
Future prospect parking is located to the right of the leasing office entry.

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes, we offer lease terms from 9 months to 15 months.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the BILT App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card. Checks and money orders are not accepted in the office.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the BILT App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

Monthly rent includes base rent and applicable fees such as parking, pet fees, Valet Waste, and the tech package. 

Additional Monthly Fees:

  • Smart Home Fee: $115 
  • Pest Control: $5 
  • Valet Trash: $35
Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, gas, common area electricity, Wi-Fi, and porter services.

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees (if applicable): 

  • Assigned Parking – Rates vary by space type and location. 
  • Conservice Utility Billback – Varies based on usage.  
  • Pet Rent & Pet Screening Fees – If applicable. 
  • Technology Fee – Internet (required).

Yes, all residents must maintain renter’s insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit ePremium Insurance for easy enrollment.

You can expect the following initial fees:

  • Application Fee: $50.00
  • Administration Fee: $250.00
  • Security Deposit: $500 on approved credit or up to $1,500 for approved with conditions

Yes, Alloy Midtown is pet-friendly.

We charge a $400 pet fee plus $45 per month per pet, with a maximum of two pets per home. Breed restrictions apply.

Maintenance & Service Requests

Yes, Alloy Midtown has a dedicated maintenance team.

Residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through the Alloy Midtown Sentral Life App, which we highly encourage.

For any life-threatening or medical emergency, always call 911 immediately.
If you lock yourself out, contact Emergency Maintenance by calling our main number and following the prompts.

Move-in

No, Alloy Midtown does not offer formal move-in assistance.
To set up electricity service, you may contact APS (Arizona Public Service) online at aps.com or call (602) 371-7171 or (800) 253-9405.
Alloy Midtown provides community patrol for added peace of mind.

Miscellaneous

No, Alloy Midtown does not work with locators.

Yes, we offer $500 per referral, up to four times per year.
